Policies and Procedures

Check-in starts at 4 p.m. or as your room becomes available - guests checking in may utilize the waterpark beginning at noon the day of arrival (based on valid operating days, hours may vary)

Check-out 11 a.m. for your room but - guest checking out may utilize the waterpark until close of park day of departure.

Deposit Policy: First night room and tax is charged at time of reservation. Personal Checks accepted for advance deposits only when received for processing no later than two weeks prior to check-in day.

Cancellation Policy: 72 Hours Prior to Arrival Date to Receive Refund (minus $25 processing fee).

Rates are based on demand and are subject to change at any time without notice. Rates may increase during peak periods such as weekends and holidays.
